Class Overview

Our Therapeutic Hand Embroidery workshops are designed to provide a soothing environment where participants can engage in mindful embroidery practices. Each session is tailored to promote relaxation, creativity, and social interaction, all of which are essential for holistic health. Any design is possible, not just flowers. And you can use any fabric to do embroidery on. See some pictures of what is possible. Perhaps you have ideas of your own. But obviously if you are a beginner you will start with easy designs that you choose yourself.

Workshop Details

Duration: Each workshop’/lesson lasts 3 hours.11am-2pm. This includes a little break.
Materials: You can bring your own or buy them at our shop. Once booked we will tell you which materials to bring.
Frequency: Weekly sessions are available.
Location: Classes are held at our Nature At Work Clinic.
Group Size: Small groups to ensure personalized attention and a comfortable learning environment.

Additional Information

Workshops are from the 1st week of September 2024 onwards until November 2024. You can come just once or several times on any weekday(mon-fri) and on Saturdays from 11am-2pm. Just let us know which day you want to come for the workshop. These relaxing lessons are very good for body & mind & social wellness. Our Clinic specifically promotes body & mind wellness by means of stress relieving & relaxing natural therapies.

This workshop will take place at the Nature At Work Clinic’s site at 4 Millbank, London SW1P 3JA, UK.

The cost for a one off 3hr workshop is 45 pounds, if it is just yourself. But it is 35 pounds if you come with more than 1 person. You need to pay for all those coming with you, when you book for more than 1 person.

More Discount offers:

1)If you like this first introduction or ‘taster’ workshop, and want to continue with ongoing lessons regularly; then you will pay only 30 pounds per lesson. To get this ‘ongoing lessons’ offer, you need to book in advance, for at least; 1x per month, fortnightly (every 2 weeks), or weekly. Just let us know which of these is possible for you.

2)We also have therapy rooms for our other therapies and possibility at our facility for swimming, jacuzzi, our sauna use. If you wish to combine your workshop with a health massage or use of the swimming, jacuzzi, sauna you can do so with an added cost of 30 pounds. You can use the facility all day, as long as you like, before or after your workshop.
